The International 2019 (TI9) has been successfully held in Shanghai during August 15 to August 25. As the most influential e-sports game around the global, TI9 was brought to China by Valve and Perfect World. As one of the most powerful media technology service providers in China, SMT provided end-to-end technology services for TI9.

In group match, SMT provided equipment and technology services at Shangri-La hotel. SMT provided 3 suits of EFP system to support 3 different signal productions which are Chinese, English and Russian. In addition, SMT also provided LED screens, lighting equipment and ENG equipment.

In final, at Mercedes-Benz Arena Shanghai, SMT cooperated with NEP, which is the largest broadcast company in United States, to provide technology services for TI9. NEP took charge of world signal production and English signal production. For the first time, SMT utilized two units of 4K OB trucks to provide Chinese signal and Russian signal production.  

Furthermore, at InterContinental Hotel, SMT provided 3 suits of HD EFP system to support a talk live show production called Latte Game, offering fully managed end-to-end solutions.
